Teflon coating services

Anti-adhesive (Teflon) coating. We offer a production process for coating flat surfaces with minor cavities or projections. The width of an element cannot exceed 275 mm, while the height cannot exceed 100 mm. We offer hand spray coating for short series and single pieces, the surface of which has various shapes, and which have larger dimensions.
We apply anti-adhesive coating on aluminium or stainless steel bases.

Thermosetting plastics (bakelite)

Thermosetting plastics.
We offer thermosetting plastics processing by injection and pressing. We have injection moulding machines with a compact power of 165T to 330T and injection volume from 220 cm³ to 800 cm³.
We make elements in moulds, up to 500x750x590 mm.
We apply the press method for making elements on PHM 100 press machines.
